SUMMARIZED
Conducting competitor research, internal interviews, leveraging AI tools in producing high-fidelity mockups with foundational code deliverables, accounting for accessibility, iterating on designs and validation.
RESEARCH SUMMARY
I conducted interviews and competitor analysis, which I then turned into empathy maps to better understand the target user and their needs. I discovered that many target users desire the ability to maintain visibility of key data points and view core summaries at a glance. However, current processes can be limited and prevent the user from quickly and efficiently monitor and track transactions and disbursements.
